The pieces in “Que Pasa Guey?” were inspired on Mexican wrestling masks and the richness of colour and textures.
For the Pop Up exhibition, curated by Li Edelkoort for the Graphic Design Museum in Breda, Hayon made two large scale masked faces (approx 50 cms) that look at each other. The fabric was designed by Hayon together with the Audax Textile Museum in Tilburg.
