Jaime Hayon’s Funtastico exhibition looks back at his career, highlighting a decade of his creations. The show begins with his early, groundbreaking work from 2003, which first caught attention for its playful, fantastical style featuring ceramic cacti and unique creatures. It then transitions to his later, more intricate pieces, including detailed paintings and drawings that are now hallmarks of his design.
These later works are characterized by patterned portraits, animals, and mechanical elements. The exhibition also features notable collaborations with leading design companies, such as Baccarat, Lladró, and Magis. The exhibition premiered at the Groninger Museum in Holland.
