Jaime Hayon x Bosa Ceramiche: Collections 2005–2015
The long-standing partnership between designer Jaime Hayon and the Italian ceramic powerhouse Bosa Ceramiche is a vivid demonstration of how imaginative, spirited design can be perfectly fused with masterful artisanal craftsmanship. The collaborations from 2005 to 2015 yielded a unique catalog of distinctive, collectible objects.
These pieces masterfully capitalize on Bosa’s profound skill in glazed ceramics and the application of precious metal finishes, effectively translating Hayon’s characteristic joyful aesthetic into several memorable collections, such as: MaskHayon (2014), Fantasmiko (2012), Pellicani (2012), Stripy (2012), Horamur (2012), Bubbles (2012), Clown (2012) and many more.

Maskhayon (2014)
“For “MaskHayon” I was inspired by my own world, and by my recognizable iconography, which I cultivated during my last 12 years of work.
They represent the fusion of imaginary and animal characters.
They have endearing shapes, pieces of art to hang on the wall and decorate our environment.
They are unique elements that trasport us to a distant place, they remind me of Africa, tribes, their imagination and magic.
Living cultures that have impressed me and I wanted to reintrerpret their spirit with my vision and with the hand of Bosa have become wonderful sculptures by outstanding quality.”
Jaime Hayon

Fantasmiko (2012)
“My reinterpretation of a mantel clock has a ghostly silhouette – quiet wink to the traditional historical mantel clocks that are often dark and gloomy.
“Fantasmiko” is a simple and contemporary version of this decorative/utilitary piece. Monochrome colors are manufactured in the highest quality ceramics. The clean organic shape of the piece bring in a ray of light into the evolution of the mantel clock.”
Jaime Hayon

Bubbles & Bubbles Lamp (2012)
Bubbles evokes the effervescent effect of a flurry of bubbles. The material that is transformed by a touch and a body that fills with light.
To achieve the three-dimensional effect and capture the intention of the designer, the Bubbles’ spheres are expertly assembled by hand one by one. This meticulous execution makes the object precious and unique.
Pellicani (2012)
Soft feminine forms inspired by the elegance of the pelican distinguish this object-vessel. The shape of this exotic bird is subtly transformed into a ceramic carafe that is easy to grip and can be used to serve water, juice, coffee and milk. Humour, imagination, and the finest ceramic tradition join together to produce this cheerful companion.

Stripy (2012)
Simple and sinuous shapes enriched by a set of vertical and horizontal precious metal lines that groove the opaque and pure white of the vase.
A precious vases collection designed by Jaime Hayon, immediately recognizable from the style that marks himself.
The collection was updated in 2015 in a new edition that melted graphics and art together. From abstraction to the decor, the archetypal form of the vase is the background to a “magic” pattern that, in the union of the lines, reveals unexpected faces and characters come out from the fantasy world of Hayon.

Horamur (2012)
Made in white leather and ceramic, this elegant piece is displayed by hanging to a wall. A small difference with a huge impact to the overall impression. The use of a leather strap and shape of the ceramic piece –similiar to a decorative plate – reminds us of how cooking items were kept in historical kitchens. The material combination used, brings a human touch to the simple round wall clock.

Clown & Clown Lamp (2012)
Clown is a sculpture-lamp for Bosa, crafted in glazed ceramic with an integrated mirror. Its ironic and colorful design adds a playful yet elegant touch to any space, showcasing high-quality materials and glossy finishes.
It measures approximately 60 cm in height and 33 cm in width, and comes in a range of glossy finishes from neutral shades to bold colors. Its unconventional character makes it a striking focal point, whether lit or unlit.
Joya Table (2012)
The Joya table is inspired on the way a gem is set in a jewel. A very minimal exterior shape contrasts the richness of the concave facetted interior.
A surreal effect results from the geometrical disposition of the interior, where light is playfully reflected, as in a precious stone. An innovative result generated by simplicity of form. The Joya table is a trophy for the living environment.
