Hayon Art Residence and Guest House

Located in Valencia’s city center, the apartment sits in one of its most emblematic locations. Next to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, the house is easy to reach, and the area is surrounded by beautiful restaurants, cafés, and interesting venues as well as theatres, museums and art institutions. The residence features artworks including ceramics, lamps and accessories, sculptures and paintings as well as amazing furniture selected by Jaime Hayon or designed exclusively by him. Only rented by private inquiries, the apartment can be rented for a maximum of 10-14 days a month.

The rest of the time it is used as a residence and a space for events and art / design projects related to culture. The house has two nicely made in suite rooms with a private bathroom and private living room making it perfect for a family or couples to stay in. Both rooms have queen beds and sofa beds. The total area of the house is 150 m² divided into two living rooms and two in suites bedrooms with plenty of comfortable space to enjoy. The residence is devoted to aiding and developing artistic projects.
